Friends from the Atlanta volleyball scene, this family wanted to make a move a bit further into the suburbs. This was a great home with 3 floors of living, including gorgeous basement finished to the level of teh main floors, with fantastic recroom, fifth bedroom, full bath and bonus. The home also had a level fenced yard, sprinkler system and access to neighboring subdivision pool with fee. We did get them into their next home where they've lived ever since.
