Wood Valley North Golf Homes for Sale (this is a smaller community and homes are rarely available)
Wood Valley (North) is not itself a country club community, but rather a small 75 home community developed 1997 to 2000 with many of its homes’ lots adjacent to the Alpharetta Athletic Club West Golf Course where there is optional membership. Some of the golf course homes maintain lovely views of Alpharetta Athletic Club West, while others have kept a buffer of trees for privacy (and perhaps protection from a stray ball). This is a gorgeous community with large lots and homes carefully constructed among a deep buffer of fully mature hardwoods and pines.
