Trophy Club of Atlanta was originally Champions Country Club, flanked by two appropriately named communities: Champions View and Champions Overlook. New management renamed the course Trophy Club of Atlanta and now offers greater access to the public. This change has allowed Trophy Club greater revenues which have translated into a more highly manicured course. Trophy Club is sliced out of the heavily wooded, rolling hills of north Alpharetta countryside. The course focuses much attention on accuracy and touch and power, with only a few longer par 4s and four par 5s that will take some skill to maneuver. Relatively narrow fairways and larger greens with some contour will also help to keep you honest. No question, Trophy provides a well groomed, beautiful and challenging course to players of all levels.

Champions View and Champions Overlook are the two sister communities that were originally developed with Trophy Club Atlanta under its original name Champions Country Club. Both communities offer properties with beautiful golf course views and while membership to Trophy Club Atlanta is offered to the residents of these communities, it is not required.
