The River Club
The River Club in Suwanee, Georgia is a spectacular luxury gated 650 acre nature reserve country club community and was created amongst virgin hardwoods and pines next to the Chattahoochee River. Roadways wind carefully around existing trees as do the hiking and nature trails along the river and throughout the protected forest and five lakes. The mountain-resort inspired 32,000 sq. ft. clubhouse called The Lodge sits on one of the highest points in the community to offer spectacular views from its nearly 10,000 feet of outdoor areas with screened porch, verandas, pavilions, event lawns and more. Initiation fee (as of this update) is $32,500 refundable with monthly fees of $510 for Golf and Sports Center access, and $270 for Sports Center only.
