 Sandy Koza - Associate Broker/ABR ReMax Greater Atlanta and Broker/Owner of Atlanta Real Estate Pros, Inc. Generating over $21 million sales in 2007, while also achieving ReMax's coveted Hall of Fame status the same year. Sandy is in the Top 3% of ReMax Agents in the world reaching Platinum status each of the last three years - 2005, 2006 and 2007. Sandy developed and oversees our rapidly growing AtlantaPros team.  Jim Larsin Koza - Co-owner of Atlanta Real Estate Pros Inc. Working behind the scenes with 12 years in the real estate industry and 13 years in the radio industry, Jim uses his knowledge in real estate and experience in commercial copy writing, digital production & media promotions to help the team promote and market client properties. Our web designer, Jim works hard to offer useful market information to all of our web visitors (both buyers and sellers) in an easy to navigate format. Jim also spends much time working to maintain our tremendous web presence, assuring our sellers the greatest exposure of their homes to the nearly 90% of buyers who now search for homes online. Jim also oversees agent tech development, helping our AtlantaPros Realtors to consistently provide the highest level of convenience through technology to both our buyers and sellers.
