We will discuss all of your specific needs, then we will research dozens of public and agent-only resources to gather a comprehensive list of new homes, communities and builders. Next we will take you to sample homes in all potential communities and help you narrow down the list to the top picks. At that point, we will work with you and builder's representatives to get the information you need to help you decide which community is best for you and your family.
There are many caveats in purchasing new construction, as well as many "rights" that you need to be privy to, before purchasing a new home through a builder. While many builders are simply interested in providing a great product for a fair price, diligence and experience is needed when signing builder contracts to avoid costly pitfalls. We will sit by your side to protect your interests throughout the entire transaction, including locating the best homes and communities, negotiating your contract, setting up your own private inspections (not relying on over-burdened county inspectors), evaluating financing options and including sitting next to you at the closing table.

Though these reports certainly may be used as a guideline, it is important to realize that the quality of the supervisor and the talents of the team of contractors in any single community will heavily influence the quality of any one community compared to other communities under the same builder's name. The communities you may be interested in should be judged individually, rather than blindly accepting generalized reports. Also note that many custom home and luxury home builders, as well as other smaller community builders will not be recognized in this report as they may have "flown below the radar" of these research efforts.
